Was a 4 year starter for the UTEP softball team
in the years 2006-2009.
She started at 3rd base and hit in the top half
of the line up.
In her four years of playing she managed to
receive 2 Conference USA Hitter of the week awards in 2006 and 2009, along with
being mentioned as honorary hitter of the week in 2007.
Amber also made the Freshmen All Conference
USA Team in 2006 and made the second team All-Conference USA in 2008.
She holds the record for the most Hits, Walks,
and Hit by pitch at UTEP.
